Roxie is an SPCA alumna from Home For the Holidays 2021! She's a true Texas girl with a Texas momma! After losing our previous 2 dogs in 2 years, she brought light and laughter back into our home when we needed it most, just in time for the holidays. She's been at every Strut Your Mutt since, helping cheer on the racers at the Start/Finish line!
