Pet's Story or Bio
Banjo (formerly known as Copper) was supposed to be a temporary foster. He was taken from a high-kill shelter, and was set to be transported to New York for a better chance of adoption through a rescue. He was underweight, very insecure about food, and also turned out to be epileptic. But most of all, he was so loving. He enjoyed playing with our other three dogs, cuddles with my husband and I, and bolting around around our backyard like there was no tomorrow. In the end, we decided that he was already home. As our second foster fail, he is now so spoiled. He's put on a good amount of weight (and muscle!), we've worked through his food aggression, and figured out how to get his seizures under control. He gets up to so much mischief, and as I like to say, he's too smart for his own good. But we wouldn't let him go for the world!
