Miss Penny was on the EU list in Rowlett, TX in 2006 when a rescue group pulled her. Penny was heartworm positive but once treated was ready to be put up for adoption. Although we were the 2nd approved applicants, we were chosen as Pennys new family❤️ My shiny new Penny turned 18 July 4, 2021 and is loved beyond words.
