Phoebe was adopted through PAWS for Irving Animals in 2016 after undergoing treatment for mange and heartworms. Phoebe has since earned her Good Canine Citizen recognition and enjoys a happy life of naps and belly rubs. She shares her home with 2 fur-siblings and frequently helps her mom train foster dogs so they can find their own fur-ever homes.
