Frankie (originally named 'Black' by his abusive previous owner) was less than 3 months old when RCMP brought him to SPCA.
We spent 2 years as his foster parents, and anxiously waited for his court case to be finalized before we could adopt him.
Thanks to SPCA and their amazing lawyers, we were able to keep this most special, loving and adorable fur ball as our beloved family member.

PS/ He knows he is not the most handsome, and he thinks grooming is overrated (!), but he wanted to take this chance to say HI to his human friends at SPCA and thank them for helping him find a family. WooF.
