Hi, my name is Sumac. I was adopted at the Montreal SPCA when I was 2 months old and I was immediately comfortable in my new home. I was exploring and playing after only 1 hour and I even climbed into my parents bed to sleep with them on the first night. We have been inseparable every since! I am now 2 years old and I am living a very happy and comfortable life, although I do not think my parents give me enough treats. I love to play for many hours of the day. I spend the rest of my time eating, sleeping, looking out the windows and calling to my parents to play with me (I am very chatty). In this picture for example, I was trying to get my parent's attention with my blep and batting around my favourite toy. I also love doing tricks to get treats (like sit, high-five, roll over, paw) but sometimes when my parents make too many demands, I just show them my belly and my toe beans hoping to still get a treat! It usually works... Anyways, I hope to get into the SPCA calendar so I can make lots more people smile, but I also hope to get a lot of votes to support the SPCA and help many other cats find their purrrr-ever homes. <3
