Hi, my name is Elsa. The SPCA found me tied to a pole outside in November 2023. A few weeks later my new family adopted me. I love playing with toys and going for long walks with my family. I also love car rides and putting my head out the window. I love the outdoors and digging really big holes in the backyard. My parents love me & I get lots of treats which makes me really happy.
