Pet's Story or Bio
Elly May came into our lives during a difficult time, and enriched them immeasurably. She started out as a very shy, sensitive and frightened girl. In such a short time, she has blossomed into an outgoing, happy, and eager participant in life. Her greatest joy is seeking out and engaging people of all kinds, especially children, to play with her on the beach. She is incredibly gentle and sweet with toddlers. Her joy is infectious, and she elicits smiles everywhere she goes. She is amazingly intelligent, inquisitive and creative. She enjoys chasing squirrels in the back yard (they seem to enjoy it, too!), playing ball at the beach, and walks in the forest. Elly May makes new friends everywhere she goes. She is a great ambassador for her species!
