The freckle-faced love of my life came to me 4 years ago. I could hardly believe my luck at finding such a sweet, loving setter. As an example of her love, one night I must have been dreaming or moaning - the next thing I know her sweet nose was on my cheek. As I woke up to see the dear face I said, “Honey, I am o.k.”. At that she turned and laid at my feet to once again sleep.
She doesn’t have a mean streak in her body - loves all the dogs she meets on our walks. All dog owners may not know who I am but they all know dear Phoebe. She is the love of my life and we will grow old together.
