Phillip is a rescue dog. He is learning how to play and have fun. He will go on point for a cat but run from the vacuum. He loves to play outside in the mud and then come roll around on the carpet. He will snuggle up on your feet and wait for belly rubs. He won't eat vegetables but loves cookies. If you walk past him, he will wag his tail until you stop to pet him. He is a snuggle bug.
