Meet Neo. He was our first Foster-Fail who we adopted through Soul Dog Rescue. He is quite the handsome gentleman and is loved and adored by our whole family. This picture was taken by mom after waking up and finding him dreaming next to her after a nap. Undoubtedly, he is happy and relaxed with his family.
