Nikko is a 6 year old labrador chihuahua mix who came into our home the day we buried our daughter and my granddaughter buried her mother. He has been a gift of healing for all of us. As all dogs he loves us unconditionally and is always available to us for support. He has gotten us through some of the darkest days in our lives.
Nikko's personality is playful and easy to interact with. You can talk to him and he looks like he is listening to you moving his head from side to side. Who knows he may understand all that we say. He is a homebody, loves his home and hates ever leaving. He is more than happy to stay behind to guard the home as long as he receives his much earned treat.
