A little about my entry...
I adopted Sadie from Green Dog Rescue in Windsor about 5 years ago. She was rescued from a dog hoarder in the central valley and was adopted once but had to be surrendered as her first mom fell on hard times. My first dog, Henny, was in need of a companion and while we searched the local dog rescues, we stumbled upon Sadie. I looked at Henny and said, "Do you want to go meet Sadie?" Henny put her paw in my hand and off we went to Green Dog! They were instantly bonded, and have been the best of friend's and the closest of sisters. Sadie loves playing with her toys, catching balls, and hiking all over Sonoma County. She has brought so much joy and love into our lives.
