A little about my entry...
I adopted Lula from a Dog Rescue Organization in Palo Alto in July 2020. She was 11 months old and found wandering the streets in Hayward twice. When her owners were called the second time to come pick her up, they said "you can keep her". 2 weeks after adopting her, we took her to the Feather River. There, she learned to swim, play, and make doggy friends. The look on her face here says it all- "I didn't know it could be so much fun to be a dog!!"
