Roxy came from SCBR and has been such a wonderful addition to our family. She has spina bifida and is incontinent so she wears diapers but that just means she gets to wear cute pants over them! She has a rat terrier sister and a chihuahua brother that she loves very much and she loves making friends with everyone she meets.
