District. Nicole has been the director in Williamsburg since 2012. Prior to WCSD, Nicole G. Giles has worn several hats in the hospitality Industry from Chef, Catering and Sales Manager, CACFP Coordinator to Food Service Director. Nicole received a BA in Food Service Management with a concentration of food marketing from Johnson & Wales University, Foodservice Management Professional with the National Restaurant Association. Nicole previously served as SNA of SC Secretary, Pee Dee Rep, and Nutrition Educator Chair. Her motto is “Feeding Student is a Ministry”.
