We walked through the shelter, looking at all the dogs. Erika picked out a giant golden mix to take for a walk - he needed a LOT of training. Then there was Jessi (Lila at HSSV), sitting politely a few feet from the fence, not barking. She stole our hearts immediately, we brought her home 2 days later. She is SO tolerant, so patient, and such a loving dog; she now teaches our puppy how to behave "like a good girl." This photo has not been altered AT ALL, though it took many attempts - I was laughing too hard to hold the camera still!
