Shiba Prom is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit fundraising & grants organization that supports Shiba Inu rescues throughout the United States.
Our motto is, "Shibas Helping Shibas: Having Fun Raising Funds!" Our annual main event is a virtual fundraising event, also called "Shiba Prom," which is a live online party with music, prizes, contests, Prom King & Queen crowning, a DJ & a virtual "bark-tender." Our first ever Shiba Prom was held in 2012. We also host other fundraising events throughout the year such as our annual Shiba Prom calendar.
Since 2012, we have raised over $100,000 in donations, helped numerous Shiba Inu rescues nationwide provide care to their Shibas & have worked with dedicated volunteers across multiple timezones.
The funds we raise through the generosity of our very kind supporters (LIKE YOU!) help Shibas get everything from essential medical care to food, treats, & supplies. The hoomans & Shibas of Shiba Prom THANK YOU!
