Frances is a four year old blue tick beagle living with her two humans in SF. Her pastimes include sniffing, howling at dogs outside her gate, and playing fetch with her ball. She is obsessed with her ball.
She also has a very delicate side, where she needs lots of hugs, to be cuddled under the blankets, and gets very scared every time she hears a firework. If you hear a howl around Potrero Hill, it’s surely Frances!
