Pazzo
My Pet's Story
Twelve years ago I agreed to "take a turn in the rotation" of foster parents for this itty bitty, tiny little Italian Greyhound puppy that the SFAHS called 'Roo' (along with some other choice but earned nicknames). He was an extremely difficult, crazy, naughty, extraordinarily high strung little guy...but had a lot of the same "bad habits" that my first Italian Greyhound had when she was a tiny puppy, so I knew what I was getting into. Needless to say, I either felt sorry enough for him and was scared that NO ONE else would put up with him...or I fell head over heels in love with him. Probably both! So I renamed him Pazzo, which is the Italian word for crazy, and he became my "foster failure" and grew into thee sweetest, most devoted, loving, irresistible fur kid who will be forever lodged in my heart!
