My Pet's Story
Sadie found her forever home almost 2 years ago after being at the Sioux Falls Humane Society twice. My mom had almost given up on finding her perfect pooch. After countless visits to the Humane Society, she spotted Sadie right at closing and said, “Now THAT’s a special dog.” After spending the next day (literally, the whole day) at the Humane Society with Sadie, my mom made the decision to adopt her. This border collie-chow mix loves herding other dogs in her neighborhood and dog park. She is also the official greeter when new people arrive at the park. They are a perfect match and my mom couldn’t be more thankful for her sweet and gentle girl.
