My Pet's Story
I got Lucky from the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society almost 9 years ago now. When I first saw him he was just sitting in the back of the cage. He didn't even make a sound when I talked to him. He was 4 years old, a black cat, and had previously been abused. 3 strikes against him from the beginning. However when I picked him up the first thing he did was snuggle into my neck. I fell in love right then and there. Over the past 9 years he has come along way. He is no longer scared of men and loves almost everyone he meets. He has such a personality and is very loving. Lucky is my baby, and he is the sweetest, funniest cat I know. Especially when him and my guinea pig George chase each other!
