A little about me...
Ptlm. K. Keith Kwiatkowski is the personification of what it means to be a community police officer! "Officer K," as the youth of the City of Lackawanna know him, is highly involved in recreational activities throughout the city, creating rapport with students and families, and favoring rehabilitation as opposed to punishment. Officer K was recently appointed as the Lackawanna City School District's School Resource Officer. In that role, he maintained his commitment to community policing, especially with disadvantaged youth and their families. Officer K is integral to LPD's "Shop with a Cop" program that takes place before winter holidays every year.
