Pet's Story
Ginger, a senior/stray cat, was found on the streets of east Palo Alto in 2014. He had earned the nickname 'the arrogant cat' due to his tendency to ignore people, refusing to acknowledge their calls and rejecting any offered food. Despite this, when I relocated to San Diego, I couldn't bear to leave Ginger behind and brought him with me. In the new community Ginger quickly won the hearts of the community. Passersby would often stop to capture photos of him recognizing his unique charm. Tragically, Ginger passed away on July 6th, leaving behind a great void in our lives. As a tribute to his memory, we would be deeply honored if he could be featured in the 2025 pet calendar. Enclosed is one of the finest photos we have of him, capturing his essence. Ginger was 17 years old.
