Pet's Story
8 month old pomeranian, Mochi, and I met at Oceanside SDHS shelter on NYE day 2023. He had some pink highlights in his fur and a little under 10 pounds. After a quick prayer, I took a leap of faith to adopt him as my first fur-baby, and brought to his new home. After a lot of love, chicken treats, and grooming, Mochi brightened up to be a white pup with teddy bear like brow ears. He’s a fluffy 13 pounds and celebrated his 2 year old birthday with his best friend and Frenchie, Kobe. Mochi and I finished the first Walk for Animals this year, and hope to do more in the future to support SDHS animals who need furever homes.
