Pet's Story
Aika was born on the streets of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I (Jess) was born and raised in Germany. When I was sent home from SDSU when COVID hit, I was in a dark place and decided, like so many others, to rescue a COVID pup. It took a couple months for Aika to finally be able to come to Germany, and since coming back to California, she's been living her best life here in San Diego. She loves paddle boarding, lounging in the sun, and watching the humming birds through the window in the mornings.
