Pet's Story
Found in 2018 as a stray in South Carolina, Teddy was placed into a kill shelter. With badly infected ears he had only 48 hours to live. A group of dedicated volunteers successfully raised money for surgery and pulled him from the shelter. He was flown to New York to undergo a procedure that would save his life.

The surgery was a success but left Teddy totally deaf. He recovered and was adopted 6 months later. His story is part of the award winning animal rescue documentary "Flying Fur".

Today Teddy lives in San Diego County. He has traveled throughout the USA with FlyingFurFilm.com sharing his story of rescue and spreading the message of adoption. He is a certified therapy dog who brings smiles and happiness to everyone he meets.
