Oscar is a 4 year old boy who loves to snuggle and play. He adores any kind of attention even if it means wearing a bow tie! He is a mischievous, loving and crazy cat who is down to play a game of fetch any time. He was found in a car engine as a kitten and has a short tail that looks somewhat like a pugs tail. The doctors say that he was born with his curly tail meaning that he was not harmed in any way. He loves to play with his best friend named August and loves other animals, that’s why he want to help all the animals at the Humane Society!
