Rescued at age 6 months, "Blue" led a permanently happy life, hobnobbing with lots of humans all over San Diego. He became a mascot at a few local sports bars and craft breweries.
The love and attention he received kept him happy to within 2 weeks of 16 years.
Feed them well and provide the affection and care they deserve, much as you would your own children. It comes back to you ten-fold and enriches your own life.
