Pet's Story or Bio
Mags is a 9-year old Golden who found her furever home at the age of 8 months, after her second family with 6+ young children just couldn't give her the time & attention she needed, after she had come to them when first pawrent (breeder) lost her home when the economy crashed.

Mags has two speeds: 1st gear = FETCH: an endless stream of energy to retrieve balls and frisbees with such fearless abandon that she's torn and had both CCLs (ACLs) repaired; she is now the bionic dog who runs faster and longer than most of her 3 year old friends. 2nd gear = LOVE: such boundless affection (absent the presence of toys), that was immediately recognized by her furever pawrents that they had her certified as a TDI Therapy Dog as soon as she was old enough (she's since retired with pawrents doing grandpawrenting therapy). Her pawrents say "she's a therapy dog that needs it 10x more than she can give it" - which just could be the outcome of her early changes in homes.

Mags has been part of SoCalGoldenRetrieverBuddies since shortly after it's inception, and her pawrents volunteer to help at the "Goldie Palooza" and other events, while Mags continues to bring joy and excruciating smiles to everyone who interacts with her.
