Mia, Hero and Beau enjoying California’s Poppy fields during the Super Bloom of 2019. All three have welcomed many Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue fosters into their home, Mia herself is a failed SCGRRescue foster who was rescued from a shelter. Each dog has his or her own amazing personality. Beau (8yrs) is the self-centered vocal brat who thinks he’s special due to his English Cream heritage; Mia (4yrs) was rescued from a shelter and is the love and cuddle bug golden girl who brings you your shoes and always has something in her mouth, and Hero (12 yrs), who recently joined the family in 2018 when his mom passed away, is the wise old man who once was all golden in color but now has a ton of grey. It’s amazing how each dog has his or her own personality.
