Eyeleen was an LA Animal Services Foster Failure. She was picked up on an east LA street corner in November 2019. She was not microchipped, not spayed, had a cherry eye complete with an eye infection, and to quote one volunteer, more flea dirt than any other dog on the planet. After no one came for her, we decided to foster her with the intention of fixing everything and getting her a forever home. Well -- we did fix everything and we became the forever home.
Whoever owned Eyeleen loved her and trained her. My only regret is they don't know where she is and how well she is doing.
We foster puppies for LAAS and Eyeleen is a great foster mom which is why I am submitting this photo of her with foster puppy Rudy Valentino.
