Athena the Destroyer came to us during COVID, after SoCal Bulldog Rescue gave #HotMessExpress a much needed medical makeover. Abandoned at a shelter at 5yo, bilateral hip and knee dysplasia does not slow this girl down. She surveys her Queendom from a stroller around our neighborhood, in a (shark) life vest on a kayak on Lake Mead, from a soft kennel in our truck visiting national parks, and in her hooman's arms. Athena plays rough, eats fast and sleeps hard. She's our 3rd Bully and won't be our last, they make us laugh every day at their big personalities and lack of interest in pleasing their subjects. Adopt Don't Shop and give special girls like Athena a second chance at happiness!
