Joey was surrendered to rescue when he was about 11 weeks old. His breeder had recently found out that Joey was born with a birth defect that would mean he would never walk like an average dog. Since coming to the rescue, Joey has grown to be a very happy Bulldog who's not having full use of his rear legs hasn't slow him down at in any way. Joey's favorite pass time is laying in the yard grass, chewing on sticks and doing his best to keep up with the other dogs in the yard.
