Stripes mother was killed by the man's dog on the day Stripes was born. Somebody told him to take the kitten to me, which he did, in the middle of the night 9 years ago. When Stripe's eyes opened, he saw me giving him his bottle, while my dog, Candy, took care of a mother's duties of licking him. Stripes isn't sure whether he is a dog, cat, or human. He is my alpha cat, loving everybody. I think he is part Maine Coon.
