By submitting an entry, you agree to abide by the following rules, terms and legal conditions (the "Rules").
The Contest submission period shall begin at 12:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Saturday, July 13, 2024, and ends at 10:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, August 25, 2024. The winners will be notified by email or on our Facebook page. Winners will be determined by the number of votes received.
We ask that only one entry per household be submitted for the calendar photo contest, however you may submit as many Save A Date calendar photos as you would like. Remember Save A Dates are first come, first serve.
Contestants must provide their name and email address for purposes of being notified as the winner.
Contestants shall retain all rights in the content of their entry submission, however, by submitting your photo for this Contest, you grant Save Our Setters, Inc. unrestricted royalty-free right to use your photo for the calendar, as well as for calendar-related promotions on our website and on social media. Your name (and Setter name/s) will be displayed on the calendar along with your photo.
By entering the Contest, you are confirming that you are the sole owner of all information submitted to Save Our Setters, Inc. (or you have received permission from the owner to submit on his /her behalf).
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
If, for any reason, Save Our Setters, Inc. determines that the Contest is not capable of continuing as planned, Save Our Setters, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
The next 12 winners will be assigned a month by the Save Our Setters, Inc. team.
Photos are preferably horizontal (wider than they are tall) and may contain more than one pet; at least one dog in the photo should be a Setter. No people in the photos, please.
Important: Digital photos only. Photos must be in color, clear, of good quality and high resolution, and able to be printed at a size of 8.5" x 11" without significant loss of quality. If your submission is low resolution or poor quality, you will be asked for a better-quality image if your photo is one of the top 13.
