Cleo was rescued from a high kill shelter. She has Manx Syndrome and is incontinent so she lives her days in a diaper and a onesie. Her condition doesn’t stop her from doing almost anything. Cleo is a very sweet and loving kitty with an indomitable spirit. She is truly our Wonder Woman.
