This art was rendered by an amazing talent in Moldova on the other side of the world from the subject. The photo it is based on is a head shot of Teddy, the 5 year old chow-collie-? mix also entered earlier on in this contest. Teddy had a rough first year including abuse, homelessness and time at a high kill shelter in Philadelphia. Thanks to the Pet Rescue of Mercer he's been a loving member of our family since June 2010.
