Buddy is from a shelter in So. Calif.. He spent the first 2.5 years of his life with a hoarder that chained him and 27 dogs in the kitchen.. They were never allowed out even to go to the bathroom.. He is the most amazing and loving dog that it's hard to believe that he was ever in that situation.. He loves to help other dogs that were in his situation.
