Pet's Story or Bio
I answered a Craigslist ad in February of 2011 for a rehome of an umbrella cockatoo. I picked him up Superbowl Sunday. He’s of unknown age nor do I know how many homes or pet stores he’s been in. He’s funny, empathetic, loves to snuggle, but has destroyed furniture, broken my finger, caused nerve damage, left hundreds of scars, but I wouldn’t give him up for anything. I escaped the wildfire that year with my pets and the clothes on my back. He loves to ride on shopping carts and talk to people wherever we go. He’s had hundreds of pictures and videos taken by people we have encountered over the years in the stores that allow him. He won a contest with this picture in the past and I hope he gets many votes for this great cause.
