This picture was taken on the exact that day we adopted our precious Romeo! He is a 4 yr old, 3-legged, long haired chihuahua that had a pretty rough life before being rescued by Texas Chihuahua Rescue, Inc. Now, he is a spoiled, beautiful boy that doesn't let having only 3 legs slow him down!
