Scuffing was abandoned as a puppy thru Acs and then adopted out. Unfortunately the owner brought her back after a year. Sapa saved a beautiful and really smart dog, and I was the lucky one to get to foster her. It didn't take long for Scruffie to steal my heart. I adopted her and we are thankful for SAPA for bringing us together.
