A little about me...
Aiko was first rescued from China after being found tied up on the side of the road. I picked her up at SFO 14 years ago and drove her home to Santa Cruz. Our first stop was the beach. Her pure joy at experiencing the sand and sea and everything around her woke up some joy in me that had been asleep for a while. She has brought so much love and energy into my life and continues to do so today. We have both slowed down a little, but we still love walking the beach, the gulch, and the harbor and taking in all of the beauty around us. Aiko reminds me to be content wherever I am and appreciate all the small miracles of life. She is actually the one who has rescued me💜
