Sparky was rehomed twice due to too much energy. Turned out he was very smart. He is a spunky full of energy fun loving Heeler mix. He loves to pose, do agility and rally dog sports, tricks and loves to go everywhere with me. My consummate companion. His favorite thing are car rides & puppuccino’s.
