Dixie was recuse July 1, 2018. She was 5 months old and would be euthanized due to influx of dogs that come in on July 4th. Freedom wild child was what we thought but she becomes a prefect lady for those with Alzheimer. Dixie is a Great Pyrenees and helps me foster puppies too. Some times she pull out her Pyrenees stubbornness and decide not to come when call. No worries, Mom just sings her personal song to her and out of where ever she was patrolling she comes trotting up with a smile on her face. She has a big brother and sister who are both recused Great Pyrenees. She is definitely the ham of the family. She loves spa day!! One of her favorite events was when it snowed and temps shut down power. Snow and cold equal a happy sassy fluffy Pyrenees that dis-a-pyrs in the snow.
