Mirajoy is currently 10 years old. I found her at SFOF when she was 2 years old, formerly known as Miriam. Her story is her daddy went to prison and couldn’t keep her. Mirajoy knows what she wants and has a demanding meow at times. She is not afraid to tell me what she wants which started with her picking me out. The day I looked for a cat to take home was the day Mirajoy was literally the only cat to pay attention to me. If it were not for her demanding meow, I might not have noticed her. I usually don’t choose highly placeable cats, yet no doubt we were meant to be. Mirajoy’s favorite toys are ping pong balls. She also enjoys being guard cat and spends a lot of time looking out the window from her favorite spots.
