Pet's Story
Mylo came to us from the Stanislaus Shelter where he was incredibly stressed and fearful. When his time was running out, we were paired up with Resilient Dog Rescue and brought him home to foster during COVID. He was a broken shell of a dog. While it took months to fully earn his trust, we’re now getting to see what a big goofball he can be. Mylo is no longer afraid of things like coffee mugs and pieces of produce, and he is gaining the confidence to greet visitors and explore new places. Once our dog Buster decided that Mylo wasn’t so bad, we knew we had failed as foster parents. Mylo is now officially part of the family and we think he’s pretty happy to know he’s found his forever home.
