Nelly was found as a stray and was terrified when coming to us as her foster home. She has really come out of her shell and LOVES pets and playing with toys. She’s the most petite lil lady who has the softest, sweetest meow. She loves being by her people and is curious about everything. She’s learning what love is and has given this crazy life a second chance & is living the good life!
