Your Pet's Story or Bio
Phoebe is a rez dog found by Ruff Start partners in 2020. She was a very shy and gentil girl that we fostered and then adopted. She started out like many rescue dogs, afraid to leave her kennel. Eventually we earned her trust and now she is full of joy. Her favorite activities are frisbee, high jumps and bounding through the snow. Kids are her favorite kind of humans and she loves snuzzeling with them and giving kisses.
