I am a rescue from the Pine Ridge SD reservation. I was found in the dump and brought ti Minnesota to start my new life where I don't have to scrounge or worry about what I can find to eat today! My foster gave me the name Tonka because it means spirited in the Lakota language and I am very spirited!
